Note: User weight plus additional weight must not exceed the maximum user weight of your Total Gym unit. Add weights equally and evenly to both sides of the weight bar. Max additional weight is 90 lbs. per side. i.e. if you have a unit that has a 300 lb. max user weight and the user weighs 200 lbs. the max weight that can be added on each side is 50 lbs.
For use on Total Gym models: 2000, 2200, 2500, 3000, 3000XL, XL, XLS, Electra, FIT (all versions), APEX (all versions)

Cancellation, Returns & RefundsCancellation
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery or collection.
- If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14 days starts from the last delivery.
- To cancel, simply contact us by email, phone or post.
- After 14 days, cancellation is no longer available (this does not affect faulty goods).
Returns
- If you cancel after receiving your items, you must return them within 14 days at your own cost.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and any free or promotional items included.
- We may reduce your refund if items show signs of unreasonable use.
Refunds
- Once cancelled, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of:
- receiving the returned goods, or
- receiving proof of return.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal refunds or credit available).
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Made-to-order, customised or personalised items
- Cut or mixed products
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
- Boilers or similar products once packaging has been opened
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Faulty goods can be returned after 14 days.
- Within 14 days, you can choose a full refund or replacement.
- After 14 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, depending on the issue.
