An ingeniously unique rower that emulates a rowing movement pattern using adjustable bodyweight resistance, the Total Gym foldable Row Trainer produces a full body workout, integrating a strength component into a traditional cardio machine.

Built on an incline, the Total Gym Recovery Row Trainer targets all the muscles groups simultaneously and enables a smooth consistent load through the entire range of motion, due to loaded concentric and eccentric phases of the exercise.

Designed for multi-planar movement including exercises such as biceps curls and an alternating side to side row, the Row Trainer is fun to use and user friendly, accommodating all fitness levels.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery or collection.
  • If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14 days starts from the last delivery.
  • To cancel, simply contact us by email, phone or post.
  • After 14 days, cancellation is no longer available (this does not affect faulty goods).

Returns

  • If you cancel after receiving your items, you must return them within 14 days at your own cost.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and any free or promotional items included.
  • We may reduce your refund if items show signs of unreasonable use.

Refunds

  • Once cancelled, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of:
    • receiving the returned goods, or
    • receiving proof of return.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal refunds or credit available).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Made-to-order, customised or personalised items
  • Cut or mixed products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
  • Boilers or similar products once packaging has been opened

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Faulty goods can be returned after 14 days.
  • Within 14 days, you can choose a full refund or replacement.
  • After 14 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, depending on the issue.
