Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery or collection.
• If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the 14 days starts from the last delivery.
• To cancel, simply contact us by email, phone or post.
• After 14 days, cancellation is no longer available (this does not affect faulty goods).

Returns

• If you cancel after receiving your items, you must return them within 14 days at your own cost.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and any free or promotional items included.
• We may reduce your refund if items show signs of unreasonable use.

Refunds

• Once cancelled, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of:
  • receiving the returned goods, or
  • receiving proof of return.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal refunds or credit available).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Made-to-order, customised or personalised items
• Cut or mixed products
• Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
• Boilers or similar products once packaging has been opened

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Faulty goods can be returned after 14 days.
• Within 14 days, you can choose a full refund or replacement.
• After 14 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, depending on the issue.

Your Legal Rights

• This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
