“I have been using the elevate studio since it opened at Applemore. I find the
equipment easy to warm up upon, they are easy to operate and control the level of intensity without overreaching the body to much, and reduces the risk of injury dramatically. You can control your level of intensity very easily and based on how your body is feeling that day. The equipment is easy to adjust. Out of all the
equipment within the gym presently and in the past, this is my favourite equipment”
